C H White, vice president of Clarkson Coal Mining Co of Ohio, has been appointed to run lake and Canadian coal distribution for the Fuel Administration. He brings extensive experience in coal shipping to the post announced today in Washington.

Mrs. Garrett Jagerdink, 380, died this morning at her Cedar Grove home following an operation at St. Nicholas hospital six weeks earlier for leg amputation. Gangrene developed and her condition worsened. she returned home last Thursday and passed away today. Funeral arrangements not yet made.
