After months of charges the Water Commission and Sheboygan Railway and Electric Co through Mr Gonzenbach reached a settlement on unmetered water use. A meter reader will record twice daily for ten days then the figures will determine nearly two years of owed water charges plus six percent interest. The commission also approved mains construction and discussed Stewart report disputes.
