Murderer kills cousin then ends own life
By Associated Press Bedford Hulls June 27 Roque a French Canadian and Lacy cousins, both trained in Sises, were found dead in their sanitarium room. Police say Roque shot Lacy and then killed himself in a related death mystery. Local investigation continues.

He arrived from China four years ago knowing no English, then rapidly completed the full eight grades and often topped his class. Principal Mr. Brasure recently gave a tough algebra problem and Henry was the sole student to solve it.

Henry Wing arrived in Sheboygan on July 11 1909 from Canton China alone with a tag bearing his name and destination. His father Joseph Wing ran a local Empire Cafe restaurant and had Henry’s haircut as a first step to Americanizing him. Henry quickly progressed through grades and plans to finish high school and attend Madison University, while serving as a camp cook for the Boy Scouts and managing the restaurant in his father's absence.

Plan to Kidnap in Chicago Three Italians Arrested
Three Italians identified in an attempted kidnapping of Angelina Di Maggio a 20 year old in a Chicago north side incident. Philip Tortoricio 32 planned the kidnapping to marry the woman with Dominick Albamonte 25 and Frank De Maria 22 involved. Detectives watching Di Maggio’s home followed as the men seized her car and dragged her into the vehicle but were captured after a half mile chase and gunfire.
