Peter Degen, 75, longtime resident, died Wednesday at his home 1517 South Twelfth Street after a brief illness. Born in Germany May 26 1945 he emigrated to America at 21 moving from Albany to Chicago then Wisconsin settling in Sheboygan. He worked as a carpenter cabinet maker and for Phoenix Chair before retirement. Survived by son John and daughters Anna and Mrs Ed Maltoy, with a son Nick who died in Green Bay in 1934. he was active in St Joseph and St Peter Claver Societies.
