Washington February 5 reporting L H Bancroft and Clarence S Kellogg for Wisconsin and Harry W Bolens as plaintiff are expected before the United States Supreme Court to press for advancing the case challenging the Wisconsin income tax law. In Green Bay on February 6 a fire at St Norpus College West De Pere forced about a hundred students and several priests to flee in night clothes some without shoes. The volunteer fire department quickly checked the blaze amid bitter cold.
