Two Cedar Grove youths died and several others injured when a Ford sedan carrying Adell and Beaver Creek teens collided with a truck near the Baptist church on Highway 57 after attending a Christmas pageant. Dorothy Baden 16 and Hubert Hilbelink 20 perished. Ruth Dulmes 15, Lillian Verdundijk 15, and two others were injured.
