Calvin Helming, injured when thrown from a motor truck while moving goods at the old church on Erie avenue near Eighth street, shows marked improvement. He suffered a deep head wound and a finger injury, with skull x rays negative, and is resting at home after hospital treatment.
Circuit Judge Michael Kirwan finds no grounds for removing the district school board of District No. 8 Pymouth and Greenbush after a petition by Carl Schachtgehneider. The decision orders no costs for either side.
