Sheboygan County hosts 250 delegates for the Wisconsin Rural Carriers convention next week. Los Angeles reports Ralph Obenchain, ex-husband of Madelynn Obenchain, may advise her on a possible statement to clear her in the Kennedy murder inquiry. Rev. A W Burch, father of Arthur C Burch also indicted, visits as authorities seek motive and Mrs Obenchain’s relation to Burch. District Attorney Woolwine says investigators may probe links in the case.

Farmers in Fulda Minnesota establish what is believed to be the first Farm Tenants Organization. They set 1922 rents at one third of small grains two fifths of corn or four dollars per acre for pasture and hay ground. Owners have taken no action.

The Ovida won the motor best handicap race off Lake Front park, leading by 60 to 75 yards. Four boats entered with Venice close behind. Tuscarora crew won the dinghy race against Hawk, aided by mainly Sheboygan sailors including Matt Rothmand and Anton Anderson.
The U S Hawk and the Tuscarora cleared Sheboygan local port for Milwaukee today. The Hawk sailed at 9:30 this morning and the Tuscarora at noon, both as Home coming attractions.
