Irvings Miller Purchases Tillett Drug Store
Irvings Miller has bought the Tillett Drug Store and has worked at Gallagher Drug Store for 16 years. Shawano villagers Muriel and Ithel Prabs were in town Wednesday. Several local residents visited W. A. Schmidt’s home in Gresham for St Patrick’s Day. Silleta went to Chicago to spend a week with her son. Cold weather relief saved crop prospects, fruit trees would benefit from warmer days. Meyer made a business trip for the Wieters’ Hardware Store. Holman died in the county, and Mrs. Dorothy Christoh underwent an operation. Cedar Rapids anniversary events were planned, with August Andersen’s cottage break-ins noted.
