State and local measures highlighted by Prenter include $1.4B in 1997 and $1.6B in 1998 tax cuts, 25 percent DMV car tax cut from 1999, and $225 dependent tax credits. He touts COPS Act AB15-84 delivering $100M yearly for three years, rural crime programs, and gun-for-road funding. Also notes Shafter Wasco grants for bike trail irrigation and Barker Park pool, plus SP 1477 road funding with Kern County receiving $78M post El Nino repairs.
