Citizens Soldier Day Open House Set in Bakersfield

Statewide USAR hold quarterly meeting in Bakersfield
On Sept 14 and 15 1989 the Urban Search and Rescue Organization will convene its quarterly meeting in Bakersfield co hosted by Kern County and Bakersfield Fire Departments.
