Buttonwillow lines up a Sept 17 festival with a 10 a.m. start at County Park. A 1 p.m. parade forms at Buttonwillow School and travels down E First Street to the park, with the Cotton Queen crowned at 3 p.m. Grand marshals Ruth and Leland Olsen and Bernice Olsen.
