West Shafter Sewer Project in Kern County
The Kern County Engineering and Survey Services Department proposes an approx 34,500 linear feet sewer line build in West Shafter Southwest Shafter Thomas Lane Smith Corner Burbank and Cherokee Strip areas. Five lift stations and force main connect to Shafter/North of the River facility to serve 376 residences and ten nonresidential units. Funding may include USDA Rural Utilities and HUD Block Grants.
