Navy Fireman Recruit Daniel Plaza Completes Boot Camp
Navy fireman recruit Daniel A. Plaza, son of Monica R. and Daniel S. Plaza of Shafter, California, finished eight weeks at Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes Indiana. He trained in naval customs, first aid, firefighting, water safety, shipboard and aircraft safety, and physical fitness culminating in Battle Stations. Plaza, a 2007 Shafter High School graduate, earned the Navy’s core values through the program.
