The Kern Shafter Youth Center partners with Kern County Food Bank to distribute commodities to low income households at 455 E Euclid Ave. Distributions occur at 11 00 am on the fourth Monday of each month starting October 27. Items may include canned goods rice beans cereal bread pasta peanut butter and juice.
