Weekly update from Shafter Healthy Start notes and plans
A personal column describes caregiving for a bedridden mother, family duties, and community events. It covers the Christmas tour planning with Louise Wilson, a Chili Ball fundraiser at the Green Hotel, depot upstairs opening plans, and election year observations. It also recalls a classmates lunch at Hodels and a missed call to Obie Hamlin. September journal mentions two dental clinics in Richland Kindergarten by Kern County Health Network and Taft College program.
