Frankly Speaking from the Shafter Press
A columnist notes the paper’s move to a new building and muses on future content. He recalls Indian names from a hometown paper and mentions a Scottsbluff Police Court report where three women were fined for fighting and a man named Max Bald Eagle faced panhandling trouble. He also references Waida Never Misses A Shot and a Biden-esque view of federal spending on cities versus farms.
