Youth Is Fined After S W Chase In California Note
L D Baughman aged 25 from Bakersfield led Wasco and Shafter police on a late Saturday chase. He paid a $150 fine in front of City Judge Frank Shaw after being charged with drunk driving. He sped away from Wasco officers and was captured near the Shafter Cemetery.
