Shafter Man Arrested on Rape Charges and More
Rafael Gonzales Macias, 32, of 512 Sunset Avenue, was arrested by Shafter Police on a warrant charging three counts of rape and related offenses. He pled not guilty to seven felony charges including rape kidnapping and assault with a December hearing set. Other police actions included vandalism theft and a stabbing at local bars with arrests for public intoxication and a man with a gun.
