The Shafter Police Department released a list of arrestees. David Alex Guerra Guerra, 22, was arrested May 20 2010 at 12 pm at 318 Fairhaven Avenue for an outside agency warrant. Edgar Reyna Escalera Escalera, 27, was arrested May 20 2010 at 12 45 pm at 100 S Shafter Avenue for an outside agency warrant and controlled substance paraphernalia.
