Shafter electors will decide whether to impose a five percent amusement tax on theatergoers. The election runs 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the county assembly hall 336 Pacific Ave. Voters will decide whether Ordinance No. 90 should be repealed after review of pro and con arguments.
