Morning cheer sets the day for Sandy Armstrong
Sandy Armstrong writes about starting the day with a cheerful mood to influence family behavior, noting early rising, shared routines with her husband, and the impact on children’s cooperation. She urges deliberate positivity, cites Proverbs on rising before dawn, and ties mood to health, self-esteem, and future well-being. May Day memories and a simple DIY May Basket activity close the piece with practical ideas.
