Arthur Clark Haworth 72 of Lamont Calif died Thursday March 19 in a Bakersfield hospital. Funeral held Friday at 1 p.m. Rev T Wil son of the Freewill Baptist church officiated. He was born October 13 1891 in Oklahoma and lived in the area 28 years. Survivors include one son Wesley of Lamont three daughters Oleta Shoemake of San Jose Juanita Myrick of Fairfield and Wanda Chapman of Wheeler three brothers John Barton Oscar Barton and Cloud Barton fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Pallbearers were Harold Barton Jerry Barton Orville Barton Cliff Morehouse John Cotton and Floyd Gaylor.
