Francis joins RimPac 77 aboard USS Reeves in major naval exercise
Navy chief master at arms Harold D. Francis and his wife Barbara of Shafter California are part of Rim Pac 77 a month long joint exercise in the Mid Pacific near Hawaii. about 20 000 sailors participate aboard 38 ships and 225 aircraft under Vice Admiral Gravely and Rear Admiral Peck with operations from USS Constellation and Reeves. Francis began Navy service in September 1962.
