Wasco Chiropractor Rupert Reflects on Life and Service
Rupert and his wife Evelena settled in Wasco in 1964 to raise children in a Christian school. He served 13 years on the City Council and built a back office practice after moving from Delano. The couple, parents of Kay West and grandparents of three in Sacramento, cherish Wasco and square dancing while overcoming personal adversity including the loss of a son and Evelena’s earlier wheelchair confinement.
