Shafter Ordinance Regulating Camp Grounds and Dwellings
The city council of Shafter California adopts Ordinance No 51 regulating camp grounds and tents. It defines camp car and trailer use occupancy permits, health inspections, fees, and enforcement. It requires water sewer and waste provisions, sanitation standards, and penalties up to 500 dollars or six months in jail for violations.
