Shatter Receives 754.33 From Kern Auto Fund
An apportionment of 59044.06 to Kern County in motor vehicle license fees was announced by Gordon H. Garland director of the Department of Motor Vehicles. Shafter will receive 754.33 from the Kern County city apportionment. The fees reflect market values and are frozen next year by a measure. this saves vehicle owners about 9,000,000.
