At the Kern County High School and Junior College District reorganizational meeting, H E Woodworth was reelected president and Chester W ONeill reelected clerk for a 12 month term. Woodworth has led the board since 1948 and has long ties in agriculture and business in Kern and Tulare counties. ONeill joined the board in 1940 and has served as clerk since 1948, with deep community involvement in the North of the River area.
