Three more inmates escape Lerdo Male Minimum Facility
Six days into the escape spree three inmates from the Lerdo Male Minimum Facility fled at about 10 p.m. on June 26 through razor wire over the perimeter. Deputies searched with a canine but located none of the men, Orlando Rodriguez Rolando Lopez and Silvestre Castro, all from Lamont area, held on drug and theft charges. Rodriguez 5'9" 140 lbs brown hair brown eyes faces multiple charges. Lopez 5'0" 150 lbs brown hair drug possession vehicle theft.

Escapee captured after Lerdo facility jailbreak in Bakersfield
Kern County sheriff deputies arrested Cory Garrett 18 and Tracy Plymale 23 after a 1:30 a.m. vehicle theft call in Bakersfield. Garrett, an escapee from Lerdo Minimum Facility, allegedly kicked a police dog as deputies pursued three suspects. Plymale was treated before booking. Third suspect remained at large.
