Vandalism crackdown yields two arrests in park restrooms
A 12 year old boy was arrested Friday evening for defecating in the men’s room. Leonard Wayne Freeman, 23, of Wasco, was later charged with urinating on the sink and walls. Freeman received 31 days in jail with 30 suspended or a 190 dollar fine after court appearance. Both linked to acts of public decency violations amid vandalism concerns discussed by Shafter City Council.
