Jarring Note At Meeting Over Minter Street Paving
At a City Council session, Jack Harris accused Mayor Harvey Gaede of delaying a road project north of the Church of Christ on Minter Street. Gaede, former public works head, defended by citing promises to install partial paving and curb work for the church while Allen Zenk argued he was not a subdivider. City Attorney Al Mortimore ruled the issue private, not council business, though Gaede said he would begin on a half street if needed.
