Dignitaries gathered October 7 1998 for the ITTC ground breaking at the Fanucchi Family site hailed as The Field of Dreams by Governor Pete Wilson. The 700 acre first phase aims to create 2000 to 3000 jobs with over $60 million in salaries and $350 million in new assessed valuation. The Allen Group leads the project, planning 10 million square feet of industrial space with build-to-suit facilities and future rail access linking the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
