Leases Criticized as Boondoggling Despite Occupancy
Assemblyman William M. Ketchum of Paso Robles denounces the 520 Kentucky Street state leased building as a monument to financial boondoggling even with full occupancy. He warns taxpayers will pay over $2,000 monthly for the next ten years to cover the noncancelable 10 year lease tied to former Governor Brown's administration.
