Two 16 Year Olds Arrested for Hub Cap Theft
Two 16 year old youths were arrested last week on a petty theft charge for stealing hub caps from a local car. Dale Vandever lives at Government Camp with his parents, having moved to Shafter from Arizona a month ago. Delphin Mc Coy lives with his grandparents on a nearby ranch. The juveniles have been certified over to the Juvenile Court in Bakersfield.

Improvements On County Park Near Completion
