Men arrested on drug charges in Shafter
Two men, Jose Luis Moreno, 28, of Buttonwille, and Santés Guillen, were arrested by Shafter Police on February 11. Officers seized two colbalis phabigs, 14,980 dollars in cash, and charged them with drug offenses while armed. Both were taken to the Shafter Department and released on 25,000 dollars bail.
