Jones faces manslaughter trial in Mrs Collins death
Moses Nick Bizieff a 29 year old Lemoore rancher is set for February 24 and 25 in Kings County Court House Hanford on manslaughter charges in the death of Civic Leader Mary Lou Collins of Shafter. District Attorney Kenneth Agel said the dates were chosen last September and Bizieff pleaded not guilty. Also injured were Dr George Collins and their two children Robert 9 and Kathleen 6 along with Hanford resident Dorothy Afidress. Mrs Collins who died instantly was a longtime Shafter civic worker and church and community leader born age 33.
