Proposed Kern High boundary plan to be presented
The Kern High School District trustees will hear a proposed boundary plan on Tuesday February 20 at 7 p.m. in Centennial High School auditorium. Superintendent Don Carter developed the plan with a citizens committee and will allow public comment. The plan supports Mira Monte High and Independence High opening in August 2008 and keeps most KHSD students in their current schools. Trustees will decide at the March 5 meeting.
