Infant Dickie Allen Young Dies at One Month
Funeral services were held Saturday at Janzen funeral home for infant Dickie Allen Young who died Friday. Interment followed at Shafter cemetery. The child was one month and 22 days old. Parents Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Young reside at the Dan Mettler ranch.

Activity has slackened as the season wanes and frost remains a threat to green bales.
