Richland Trojan Band Sees Growth In Shafter Community Ties
The Richland Trojan Band with seventh and eighth graders marched in Wasco Rose and Shafter Halloween parades and a local Gladiator game, highlighted by a Main Street march at Disneyland. Drum major Hannah Alvarado led the group as coaches Lori Manoso Brandi Huestis guided color guard, and Albert Preciado drum coached. band director Mr. Gross oversaw operations. Mission Bank CEO Fanucchi attended the ribbon cutting, praising local hires and personal service as keys to growth, with City Manager Guinn echoing regional benefits for Shafter Wasco McFarland. Debbe Haley of the Shafter Chamber said the bank’s investment builds community ties.
