MFAD board outlines 1987 budget and Minter Field plans
MFAD board met August 12 with near capacity. They discussed negotiating purchase of a 40 by 70 foot building and lease cancellation by Koch Service Inc. The district faces lost revenue of about 842 dollars per month. Kennedy Jenks Chilton drilling test wells on the ramp at Minter Field. Kern County to evaluate pesticide contamination.
