Kern County Heritage Commission to Meet at Stallion Springs
The Kern County Heritage Commission plans a quarterly meeting September 9 at 7 PM in Stallion Springs Lodge with a no host dinner. Commission Vice Chairman Phillip D. Wyman invites representatives from historical societies in the Second District to share views on regional needs. The meeting is presided by Arthur F. Tognini. others open to interested citizens. Also September 9 California Admission Day features a Kern County Liberty Bell ceremony at 10:30 AM at the Kern County Court House conducted by Native Sons and Daughters of the Golden West.
