Trustees describe bond election costs for Richland School District voters. The measure would cost about 18 cents per $100 of assessed value, averaging $5-$6 yearly for a 10-12 thousand dollar home and $9-$10 for a 20-22 thousand dollar home. Farmers pay 45 cents per acre annually at $1,000 per acre. If bonds sell over several years, costs drop.
