Shafter officials approved a balanced operating budget for fiscal year 1995 96 totaling 11 326 000, up modestly from 1994 95. The plan shows total revenues of 15 712 195 and expenditures of 15 900 279 with breakdowns across RTC fund general fund La Colonias and other funds.
