Tax Rate Study Highlights County Levy Projections
Taxpayers' association notes that each cent of the county wide tax rate raises the levy in proportion to valuations. For 1950-51 the levy was $50,589 based on $505,892,410. If 1951-52 valuations rise, the per cent rate would yield a higher levy for the county and for cities, school and special districts.
