Sandy Armstrong describes a weekly family habit formed with her children after church: Sunday evening meals in the living room with TV trays, shared food, and joint activity. She suggests easy non messy foods, toothpick snacks, cottage cheese dips, cheese and tortilla combos, and a simple CEREAL SNACK MIX. She invites readers to share ideas by calling or writing.
