The Press questioned the supervisor about Senator Florez's claim that three California counties have banned sludge trucked in and he said those cases may not be in counties receiving shipments. McQuiston notes past dairy decisions may be mistakes and EPA findings could set future standards. He also said county growth in oil improves the budget but many unknowns remain for the year.
