Shafter Annexation Ordinance No 80 Approves Kirshenman Tract 3
The City of Shafter adopts Ordinance No 80 approving the annexation of uninhabited Kirshenman Tract No 3 described as the easterly 185 feet of the westerly 360 feet of Lots 19 and 30, Section 10, Township 28 South, Range 25 East, M D B and M Kern County California. The ordinance requires filing with the Secretary of State and immediate effect upon adoption with publication within 15 days. The record includes election results from the April 11 municipal election in Shafter Consolidated Precinct.
