Ordinance 21 Sets Water Charges for Potato Washers
The Public Utility District adopts a monthly water charge for potato washing sheds during the processing season from April through July. A flat $3.00 per month applies in the off season for each shed. a $50.00 monthly charge is imposed on washers regardless of days used, with $3.00 monthly in the balance of the year. The ordinance repeals conflicting provisions and takes effect 30 days after final adoption, following a board meeting on 20 1944.
