4 H club funds well for North Korea village
Heart N Home 4 H raised funds in two years to dig a fresh water well in North Korea. A $1700 check was written to Partners International for the project with car washes by youths ages five to nineteen and parental support. Community service is emphasized along with Kern County 4-H clubs inviting involvement.
