Weather cuts gas bills for Southern California
The warmest winter since 1877 reduced gas use in Southern California. customers of Southern California Gas and Southern Counties Gas saved over 2.4 million dollars on November through February compared with the prior winter. Savings include about 1.8 million from lower consumption and the remainder from reduced rates ordered by the California Regulatory Body in 1939.
